Tickets can be used
only once before guest check out and can not be redeemed
for cash. |

Ticket valid only
during the date of stay at the hotel |

Hotel Room bookings: |

Room booking confirmation is
subject to availabality at the hotel. |

Amendment of any booking is
subject to hotel room availability and prevailing rates. |

Request to any room upgradation
by the guest will be subject to availability and shall be
charged extra. |

Confirmed bookings can not be
cancelled therefore no refund will be made |

Water Park ticket has to be made either thru online
reservation system or by personally making your
reservation at Ice Land Water Park Front office to obtain
the hotel confirmation number and Ice Land Water Park
Entry ticket. |
